Usage for Whittle. Describe a part in plain words and get a verified, printable file. Runs fully local and offline.

With no model at all

The spec file is the durable artifact, and everything after it is deterministic, so these work with no model loaded:

whittle build parts/vent/spec.yaml
whittle verify out/vent.stl
whittle render out/vent.stl --heightmap
whittle measure trace logo.png

With a local model

With a local model running through Ollama, one command goes from a description to a part:

whittle gen "..."

It is a convenience layer over the commands above, never a dependency.
